English Application Process
As part of the selection process at Colombia International Lawyers (CIL), we ask applicants to submit a short video in English. This step helps us assess your English proficiency, fluency, and your ability to communicate naturally and clearly.

Video Submission Guidelines

1. Record your video
Please record a short video speaking in English about why you would like to work with us. It’s important that you speak naturally, without reading a script, and preferably improvise. We are not looking for perfection, but rather authenticity and clarity in your communication.

2. Minimum duration
The video must be at least 20 seconds long. It can be longer if you feel it's necessary, as long as it remains focused.

3. Video quality
Ensure that both audio and video quality are good. You should be clearly seen and heard. You may use a mobile phone, camera, or computer, ideally in a quiet environment with good lighting.

4. Submit your video
