Justin Kirk Tabayoyon, a US Army Veteran, is an attorney and businessman. He holds a Bachelor of Science from UC Davis and a Juris Doctor from JFK University School of Law. With over a decade of experience, he's a seasoned litigator practicing in California state and federal courts.

 

He's secured millions for clients in civil litigation and obtained not guilty verdicts for criminal defendants. Tabayoyon is adept at negotiation and strategy, often settling tough cases. He's also an investor and crypto enthusiast.

 

A California native, he's admitted to the State Bar of California, US District Courts, and US Tax Court. He founded JKT Law Inc. after operating as the Law Offices of Justin Kirk Tabayoyon for over a decade. Additionally, he co-founded Colombia International Lawyers S.A.S., providing legal services to international investors in Colombia. Tabayoyon is bilingual in English and Spanish.
